Peter Gatsoulis

Peter holds a B.S. from Northeastern University in Engineering with certifications in Network Configuration, Maintenance, and Administration.  Peter volunteered at TecsChange, a Roxbury social justice not-for-profit where he met Charles Paschal.

Together, they conducted TecsChange trainings and community events, and prepared hardware for the TecsChange IT overseas donation program. Peter also served on the TecsChange LAC (Local Action Committee) which was an all volunteer work group of local IT pros that was able to implement IT infrastructure in non profits unable to have any IT budget. The hardware was funneled through TecsChange and the labor was volunteered.

Charles Paschal

Charles moved to Boston and entered the not-for-profit sector, becoming the technical director of the Virtually Wired Educational Foundation (VW). He handled all internet & hardware issues during VW's seven year run.  After VW closed, Charles was able to spend more time at TecsChange.  Charles has extensive and varied hands on experience in manufacturing operations, coding,  university maintenance and facilities organization software and device driver coding for automated sensors as well as CAD/CAM engineering and visualizations design.
Charles started his own IT support company in 2005, and after many years of friendly collaboration with Peter, they have upgraded and expanded their partnership.
